I appreciate examples of Lagniappe level of service. In recognition, Route 2 makes a donation to a charity of the provider’s choice.
I have darkened the door of many auto dealerships and taking a car in for service is not high on the list of favorite must-do activities. The service people are usually friendly and helpful, yet the experience is, at best, mediocre. Not so at University Audi in Seattle. This is a place where it feels good to be a customer.
Not only is the facility top notch but the service is professional and customer centric. Loaner cars are always new and at least comparable model in the hierarchy to your car that is in for service. There is a customer work center with six desks several of which are equipped with Apple computers. Customer lounge area has cell phone charging station, cappuccino machine and snacks (all complimentary). There are multiple service managers and the one who does the intake is the one who owns your satisfaction. This is a place where it feels good to be a customer. Big thank you to Service Manager Andrew.
In recognition of that something extra that makes all the difference, Route 2 will make a donation to the local women’s shelter in appreciation of University Audi Seattle.
